Think of it like this: roll out just far enough until you feel your tummy tighten up, almost like you're about to sneeze. That's your sweet spot! If you go too far, you'll likely feel it in your lower back, which means you've overextended. The goal is to maintain a tight squeeze in your core.
To really intensify your workout, don't come all the way back up to the starting position. Instead, keep some tension on your core throughout the movement. This continuous engagement will make each repetition more effective.
